My daughter went here in distress regarding her skin and as the other reviews say was spoken to and treated in a dismissive manner! Was in the chair for 2 minutes and was charged €85 which she wouldn't have minded paying for results, this women is useless! If you don't like you're job quit! And if not maybe consider doing another course to update you're knowledge and maybe a customer service course wouldn't go amiss! Absolutely awful! Do not recommend anyone to go here!

I didn't even get as far as actually getting an appointment. Couldn't agree more with the people below, very disinterested and rude on the phone, zero interest in accommodating the public.

I wouldn't even give that woman one star. My experience was horrendous ! I can't believe I was actually referred to her with an on going skin problem which is causing me great distress. I went to her for answers an some help an I left feeling more hopeless than even. She had no more interest in anything I had to say was down right rude ! She was more interesting in texting on her phone and rushing me out the door so she could go on her lunch than in doing her job. I can't believe I actually paid money for that experience. I left with no answers an just a bog standard prescription for antibiotics which I could have gotten from my own doctor. Dermatologist my eye.
Wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Really uninterested in what you have to say and very dismissive and rude. Doesn't care about her patients or job and is clearly only in it to rip peoples' money out of their hands.
Don't even bother going to her.

Saw the doctor 3 times, for a persistent severe skin issue. Each time was given a prescription and quickly shuffled out (appointments are 40 euro, and she examined/spoke for less then ten mins). On a recent visit I brought a list of symptoms, which Dr O Shea refused to look at. She didn't have much to offer beyond constant trial and error prescriptions (each prescription cost between 40 and 60 euro, in addition to he appointment fee). I asked what the next step would be if this one had no effect, and she said I'd have to "get over it". Remark felt a little callus and uncaring considering the severity of the issue.
Probably fine for a very straightforward problem, if you merely need a quick prescription. For anything else, I would recommend seeing another Doctor. Dr. O'Shea doesn't have much to offer.
