the only Siloam with worst service on the phone, except just for reservation & if choose english speaking, hardly no answer or long answer & often forward to wrong department. Even choose english language, still hardly can get service or info by phone, needed for busy people. It is so different from Siloam in Jkta & Bali, with quick answer & phone. In fact, from the review 4 months ago & before there are also nearly similar information & even the administration is so slow & bad. That means Siloam Makassar has't got improved in such a period of time & might not read all reviews written here. How can it get improved if no input received & counter actions undertaken? Hope Siloam national central Jakarta may pay attention more on these issues or the development in all indonesia will be just low value of investment & contribution to society.
