I needed a car in Bandung for a couple of days shopping. Luckily I found Dirgantara Car Rental through a Google search. My dealings with this business were probably the most professional and quick that I have ever actually received from any business anywhere. I contacted them through Facebook and received an immediate reply. Within minutes I received an quotation by email, I asked this for this to be amended a couple of times due to changing my mind and the new quotes were provided happily and again received within a few minutes. The car costs included fuel and everything except for parking costs and the rental cost is fair and competitive. I paid a 25% deposit by PayPal and received an official receipt immediately. Dirgantara kept in contact with me before my trip to check everything was still as planned. I also received an introductory Whatsapp message from the driver a few days before we arrived confirming our flight numbers and advising he would be at the airport to pick us up. The driver was fantastic, spoke excellent English and again was very professional, he took our cases at the airport, was always on time to pick us up at the hotel, waited outside each shop we went to, put our bags in the car for us, made suggestions for additional places for us to visit and answered any messages we sent him immediately. He also kept accurate records of parking costs. Also this company seems to be available to be contacted through their website by chat or email, Facebook, Twitter and I think just about any messaging platform available. At the end of the trip when I paid the balance an official printed receipt was provided to me. I am not able to even find the smallest fault in my dealings with this business and would recommend them very highly. I will most definitely use them again when I next return to Bandung.

The trip was very good, we appreciate the adjusting of prices and the free wifi. The driver was really nice and he was very accomodating. We are satisfied and we will use your services again when we are back. Thank you again for accepting our last minute reservation.

Highly recommended! Making reservation was a breeze through their online chat, with no advance payment needed. Hari was assigned to us as our driver and he contacted us via WhatsApp shortly after the booking was confirmed to discuss the itinerary, it was very convenient and efficient! Hari is a very experienced, polite, reliable and safe driver and brought us everywhere we wanted to go and made good recommendations too. Glad we booked with Dirgantara for our 2 day trips!

The service was perfect, booked the car and driver at 10 pm for the next day, communication was very quick and friendly. Our driver was Alan, he was just amazing(!!!!), i can recommend him to eveyone. He was so kind and sweet and helpful, for us he gave us the greatest Bandung experience, could never wish for such a great day. Would defenitely book again and wishing to meet Alan once again. 10/10!

We had a great experience with this rental car company. The booking process was really easy. Even though we arranged last minute, the next day our driver appeared perfectly on time! The car was brand new (less than 1000km) and very clean. The best part of the whole deal was the driver, Mr. Lukas. His English was not perfect, but still very good and more than enough to communicate comfortably. He was amazingly friendly and took care of every little issue we had. He also excelled as a guide, giving us much insight about many sights. Wherever we went, he served as our interpreter and arranged for everything. When we completed our itinerary, he came up with even more places to visit! We spent a whole wonderful day with Mr. Lukas and had lots of fun. I can’t recommend him enough, he is truly a good soul and I wish him all the best! Regarding the company, I can say that we paid a good price, really reasonable. Communication was great.
