Very reliable and good service, Can always be assured that my cab in in time for pick up. Good customer service. I also advice you to be punctual in emergencies.

Never ever book a can from Joyrides. I had booked for a pickup from Railway station and called them not less then 20 times from 2 hours before schedule pickup but they never shared taxi details. Finally when I reached, they said, driver is not picking up the call and told me to wait. Finally they said, a taxi will come in sometime but actually it was coming from kalewadi during peak hours which means another 1 hour of wait. Literally bogus service and unreliable fly by night operators. No professionalism. finally I took a local can from station. though it was costly I feel that is the best option as it is immediately available instead of waiting for these crooks. I don't want to give even one star !

The worst cab service in Pune..tried it twice n was nthn bt disappointed..admin ppl r unprofessional;drivers r rude n always late.will strongly recommend against it..

A highly unprofessional cab service I have ever come across. They never turn up on time (I almost missed my flight!), and still they are ignorant of it, they just don't care! The worst day was when I had booked a cab from Joyride for 11:30 pm at airport, it didn't arrive. When I called them they said cab was not available, when previously I had received a confirmation message. I was alone in the middle of the night. How irresponsible can anyone be!
I would highly suggest everyone to pay a little more, but book a cab who provides you with proper service.Joyride...Nothing remotely close to joy!
