Very bad service. This people charge a huge amount as a fine . Even you mail them your query ... You have to wait for 10-15 days for reply

Would never suggest anyone to book with self-drive. They sent me a bill of more than double the amount stating that the charges have been revised after 15 days of booking confirmation. I had to call off the deal since they were asking for unreasonable price. Till date I haven't received the refund of the advance money paid to them despite calling and emailing them almost every day. They give me funny reasons each day viz bank did not accept the cheques of transfers since bankers are too busy or some day they will say their boss is out of office so can't transfer the money. My money is stuck with them and I have a feeling that they don't intend to return it.

Fraud people. They charge 5 times more if there is single small scratch from our side. Never going to refer anyone about Pinewoods Service. Hated it.
