Really arrogant workers who are rude to other customers as well. I was trying to find a reference for first year Mechanical engineering as a whole and a fellow customer saw my problem and tried to help me but one of the storeworkers told him to pay attention to his own books. Really disappointed. This used to be a good bookstore.

The staff is arrogant and mannerless. Please do not visit this store. There are other good stores in the locality. The book are of bad quality (the pages are torn or the cover is dusty). If you are an engineering student please consider buying from another store. The staff of the engineering book section is particularly discourteous and rude.

Fools people very easily.. Had bought FY BE books worth Rs 860 on which he had said i would get 50% back.. even after returning it within 1 month he returned only Rs260(30%) saying that the syllabus has changed.. which was not true
