The hotel is good but do not do the massage spa in the hotel. Three of us went to get an ayurveda massage, my friend does this in Ireland for 18 yrs. I have had 20+massages this was by far the worst one. They totally don’t know what they are doing. No pressure, going against the muscle and so much more. I feel bad for our third friend, it was her second massage in her life. Very disappointed!

Nice hotel, good sized rooms, clean and comfortable rooms. Bang un the middle of bazaar Street. But the noise is not heard inside. Room service is faster. Order takes a very very long time to arrive in the restaurant.

The Welcome desk guys and all the rest of the staff was great at their respective jobs. However they should offer parking space to their guests. The food and hospitality was average. The only thing I didn't like was the broken sanitary and other bathroom and toilet equipments. Rest everything was in great shape. Hope they will soon try to fix the issue.
