Pathetic...spl the staff over there...They promise you things which they cnt deliver by themselves also..At the time of purchase they will promise you several things..once u buy they dont even bother to revert or tell you about the status of your product. Its a huge mistake to go n buy from them.Being associated with brand you should know how to deal with customers but they dont have simple basic ethics to apologize also.
