I have stayed last week in this hotel with my family. Hotel is very near to railway station and Meenakshi Amman temple. Staffs are very polite and helpful. I have check-in at around 5 pm, that time hot water not available, if I request with in minute I got a pail of hot water that is very appreciable. Rooms are clean, but bed sheets are not much clean, means I seen little dust/dirty here and there. Apart from these Hotel Supreme is good hotel for family travelers.

Affordable room rent and nice restaurant. On roof top service also available after 4pm which is good view for temple.

Currently accommodated in Room no 308 of this hotel ( 3rd floor) the size of room is pretty much normal, talking about cleanliness I'd rate 5/10 considering that this room smells like public toilet and that door of the washroom cannot be closed because it's broken. The tub light is hanging from the ceiling ( PFA photo of the same) the bedsheet and the blankets are very old fashioned and cheap quality which I think aren't cleaned recently ( they are smelly ). Talking about the restaurant the washroom sinks are full of dirty water due to blockage. My Rooms AC are set to 25* by default. ( you can't change the room temperature even with the remote ). Also the sink of my room has leakage issues ( I hope they fix it after reading my review and stop waste of water ).when I called the hotel room service department 3rd time ( after 2 failed attempts ) they said they will fix the issues I were facing but none of them have been fixed yet (if they fix I will update this post ). At this point I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anybody. If you are going to check in to this place please think twice. Thank you!

We stayed in Supreme hotel with our family. Rooms was nice and clean. Really happy with service given by them.

I had checked in way back in 2001 AD. The place was awesome then. The terrace restaurant was great and offerred a grand view of the temple in the evening. I was in luv with this place.
Fast forward to 2017 and I'm planning a trip to Andaman islands around Deepawali. Would like to add Madurai to my itinerary and check in once more. Hope to have the same old delightful experience once more.
