Unheigenic,cockroach everywhere in the rooms the staff n the boss very arrogant does not respect customer furthermore he says if want to stay stay not satisfied get out of my hotel.The boss might be a bigshot cos he says that the health inspector plus police n politicians r in his pocket

LOCATION is very great. Maintenance is poor. Wardrobe is very dirty and unclean. Mattress is good. Very old AC, not working. Family friendly. So much shops nearby. Also meenakshi bazaar is very near where you could buy electronic items, mobiles, accessories for best price.

Located on a junction, walkable from Railway station. You'll find meenakshi temple very near to this place.

Friends..
It was more than 7 years where we had 3 days stay in Duke.. We had wonderful experience. With that in mind , I booked 3 rooms for a function at Madurai on early September 2017. it was really pathetic, horrible & awful experience & which had made me think never in my life to choose Duke again..
Room charges are comparatively higher than any hotel of same kind..Maintenance is poor..One of the room had issues in wash room which was not rectified at all besides numerous reminders..
Adding fuel to fire, management is hopeless in hospitality & does not even know to handle customer besides having faulty rooms & horrible service..Take a moment before you choose..
