I have visited the indiranagar center 2 days back for some service I was attend by a ms Sheela negi who was very good to talk and she counselled me very well

I must say customer service has deteriorated exponentially in the last 2 years. I took services 2 years back when the center was managed by Annapurna, while the results were not what I expected but I was happy as the staff had genuinely put in efforts and very nicely guided me through the process, there use to be diet consultation every day. Every 15 days they took measurement to amend the diet and therapies accordingly. Annapurna was very much involved in the process just to ensure every customer gets the required advice and guidance and most importantly I never had to ask or follow up on anything, everything was managed in a well scheduled structure. This year again I joined health zone with an expectation for better service, but sadly the staff now has the worst possible attitude towards customers. Parul is currently managing the center and works half day and is never available to take customers query, for the rest of the day if you think someone else is managing the center then sadly you are wrong. You won’t find anyone to address you, if you discuss something with Parul that will not be cascaded to the rest of the staff so things just go in loop. You should cross your finger and hope to god that she picks up your call or go between 9:30 AM - 2 PM ONLY if you want to meet her face to face. I had to visit the center 3 times just to discuss on the package, this was after I spoke to her a couple of times on phone and took a confirmed appointment, still I had to wait for her to reach office as she comes on her own convenience. There was no guidance on what therapies I should take based on my body requirement. As I had a previous experience and knowledge I was able to negotiate else she was ready to rip me off. Once the therapy started, only 2 days I received diet consultation. No one to monitor how the therapies are going. Staff is every day in a hurry to finish the therapy and leave, for an entire week they just did therapy and no sessions (which are ideally provided after every therapy or atleast alternate days) when I asked the reason staff mentioned the center is about to get closed and we don’t have any staff to put or monitor the sessions. Obviously Parul is least bothered to take care of this, when I discussed over my concerns with her, she replied and I quote “If you are not satisfied you should stop coming, we will not provide you any more therapies until you make the full payment” without even being bothered to take any action towards the concerns I raised. Her way of speaking towards customer is so rude that you won't even feel to discuss anything leave about arguing. I took sessions from Ruhi for my face, due to her busy schedule I had to change my office timings, as she takes session only as per her convenience and not customers, this was also waste of my money and time. Still she cribs that because of a scheduled appointment she had to start her day early. It is health zone’s responsibility to address such thing and it shouldn’t come to the customer. It looks like I am paying a hefty amount to tolerate their attitude. Their staff can really use some Etiquette training. I would have to say I have never seen so much attitude in any gym or health center staff as Health zone Indiranagar staff has. My advice would be not to go to Indiranagar center, if you have too much money to burn you may try your luck with some other center.

This is a fabulous zone for weight loss and I think this zone has the most impeccable record in weight loss in the whole city of Lucknow. I have known this as a very satisfied client. During my first sojourn in this centre, I lost 10 kgs. within 2½ months. This is indeed impressive considering the fact at that time I was 65 years and the accumulated fact was for more than 10 years and have thus become very stubborn. Unfortunately, I have a very busy life and could not pay much attention to diet and exercises. In the process, I again gained about 11 kgs. weight. This created serious medical problems and I was warned by my physician that I have to loose 15-20 kgs. and that is the only cure for all my ailments. Again I took reports to Simran Sahni's Health Zone. This time the cumulative fat was more stubborn. It reminded me of the thick walls of Chhatar Manzil Palace where CDRI was previously housed and where I was working. Whenever a mason had to repair something if took more than two weeks to chisel out a whole because the walls were 28 inches thick. This was the condition of my accumulated fat.
Thanks to the marvelous efforts of the Dieticians, Ms. Annapurna and Pallavi and the Physiotherapist Tayyab. I have lost about 10 kgs. in 3 months. This is a great achievement considering the fact that now I am 72 years.
I am very happy to be a satisfied client of Health Zone and my intentions are to continue in this till my end target is achieved. Because I know this is the only place who can provide this much desired effect.
I wish the Health Zone all the success and glory in coming years.

Its the best I can think of suits my taste. The ambience, attitude of the staff, flexible timings and the location is all worthy to call it the best fitness center ''HEALTH ZONE''.
