Everything is good .Staff is well manered but room service is bit slow. They took too much time to deliver the food.But All over 4 out 5. Recommendation - Yes You should try it

Average place to have a stay, one advantage is that it is close to charbagh railway station. If you have other option go to hazaratganj side.

Washroom is not clean. Staffs are not friendly and available. Wifi is not accessable.

i would like to say about hotel mandakini Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, the evening menu was varied and the food exceptional the coffee creme brulee was divine
