The new and improved theater in now a multiplex. The movie experience in this theater are fine although the auditoriums are bit small.

Novelty has been the best cinema hall in Lucknow. For a short time PVR cinemas won to be best in Lucknow but since the opening of rebuilt new NOVELTY, Novelty cinema has won its place as THE BEST CINEMA HALL in the city of Lucknow. My personal experience while watching the film JUDWA 2 has been overwhelming with pleasure. My pleasure was so great that I could not stop myself from asking for manager and congratulating him for giving Lucknow the best cinema. The projected picture on the screen looked so good almost 3D like. The surround sound is so good that I have no words to rightly express it. Seats are so comfortable like sitting on a plane in the first class..keep it up..

Fantastically re-done. The new avatar of this age-old favorite is a delight! The sound and screen is better than any multiplex in the city. However the seats and pricing need work and reconsideration. Otherwise a great experience to revisit this marvel :)

This place reminds me of my childhood days when I used to go for movies there with my dad. In between I heard it got shut due to some reasons but I'm happy to see it working in full swing now. Good upgrade they have given to the place with better ambience.

The renovation done is very good. Movie experience is very good. High quality sound system and screen. Seats are also somewhat comfortable. Cleanliness has also been maintained. Only drawback is parking area. Not that it is badly maintained, but ample space is not there so sometimes parking can be an issue. Otherwise it offers best quality of what it is a place, Movie experience.
