This building has some good shops and show rooms in it. Yet it has a neglected look. The neglect of the building's maintenance is reflected by missing letters of its name on its facade. It has a tiny 'joke of a clock-tower', which has four clocks on its four faces. All the clocks appear to have stopped working and are therefore showing different hours.
