If you are traveling through Chennai on business and looking for a place to train. This has a certified Gracie Instructor and a lot of dedicated students who are being taught well. You will not regret this visit.
If you are a local and considering taking up some sort of self defense, you will find nothing better in your area than the Gracie system that is taught here.

Empowering! There's nothing quite like realizing that puny-little-you can take on a grown man! Also, if you're proud of your Bollywood-Heroine-Slap, wait till you master the Slap-from-the-hip-and-give-your-attacker-a-concussion thing. Am I making this sound violent and aggressive? Sorry. Rest assured, that's just me getting excited. BJJ is the opposite of that. FCMMA is all about being Zen under the worst circumstances. Give it a try. Ooh, and as a bonus, the instructors let you slap them around. What's not to like?
