We ( myself and my wife)are a senior citizens, stayed at this hotel , on 2nd/3rd November 2017, in Room No.211. Staff were decent & courteous. Very tasty/ good complimentary breakfast. Room was neat and tidy, spacious. Room service was prompt & good. Overall , a happy and comfortable stay.
Short comings; The bathrooms should be provided with exhaust fans ( this will make them well ventilated).
Secondly, the TV set should be replaced with latest flat type T.V. The TV, now available is a old version CRT TV. Also, presently, a cable TV connection was provided, which was also not working. A DTH/dish TV should be provided, instead of the present conventional cable TV connection.

October 20 # 1:34 Friday night “Bad attitude of Receptionist" Receptionist shout to me and he was so rude he dont know how to speak with the guest.
Definitely not recommended! The receptionist is very rude, and apparently a drunk. When I arrived to check in there.. he don't allow to show the room before checkin rooms.. friends... Don't take risk with group of gundas....

A very good place to say in the heart of Chennai. It has well maintained rooms that are well lit and highly comfortable. The food is also great. Its proximity to the central station makes it even better. The staff respond to your queries quickly as well. I highly recommend it.
