Not at all friendly.bought playing cards,didn't have the same design cards and gave three different designs.when requested them to exchange it,they gave illogical excuse that butter ,ghee and playing cards cannot be exchanged.i just requested them to talk to their senior and give some justified logic.they simply said,we will not exchange.
