I am a working lady, My husband had met with a Road traffic accident. I have hired a male attendant from Jyoti Seva kendra. First time they sent an attendant absolutely novice. Then they replaced him with a much experienced person. The problem with the second person was he had major attitude, not only that he would drink water that would be boiled for the patient. After noticing for sometime, one day I politely told him not to drink the patient's water. He immidiately picked up his bag and left in a huff and puff, leaving my husband unattended and absolutely helpless, without getting his morning chores done. I had to absent from office that day. When I address the matter with the agency, they accused me saying that I should not have asked the male attendant to drink tap water, "madam he was your guest" this was the repy, and further more he was making excuses in providing me with a replacement. I will never ever recommend this third grade centre. They dont's know what Patient Service is all about!

My father was diagnosed with Cirrhosis a few days back and I needed a nurse urgently for his care. When contacted they kept on delaying the matter because of unavailability of nurses in their centre. In such a critical situation they kept delaying. Really irresponsible! If you are reading this and need a nurse urgently, never rely on Jyoti Seva Kendra.
