Commitment ,service & also quality of Buses ,cars are very very poor in these classes of companies in Kolkata.so I suggest everyone not to use any service from this company.

We hired an AC Tata winger. 10 of us were travelling,11 including the driver. It reached an hour and 20 mins late. 30 mins after it left our place, we asked him to turn on the AC, in which our driver said the A.C. isn't working. 11 people in a car in Kolkata's summer. On our way back he tells us the head lights aren't working. So we had to drive slowly in order to not risk our lives. 1 hour into this horrible journey, the car breaks down with a heavy smell of smoke. Since we paid the full amount in advance they refused to pay us back the difference between hiring an AC and non AC car.
This was the first time I have used their service and is definitely the last time as well. Driving on the national highway without headlights is really dangerous and I don't recommend anyone to use their services.

Pathetic service. They lie about the rates and do not offer the rates mentioned on there website, instead ask for a hike when called to confirm.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We were promised a car at 8 am sharp. Car didn't come. I had to call the company and ask for the status of the car and their staff was very rude. No one will call from their end about any problems and they tried to pin the whole blame on me. Strongly recommend NOT TO USE THIS CAR SERVICE
