I visited this place last year. Room quality wasn't good enough but series is quite satisfactory.

Do not stay here! Hotel under renovation, filthy rooms, broken toilets, nothing like the pictures. I booked a deluxe double room with air con and was given a cell-like room with dirty linen and a stinking blanket. There are also rats overhead at night, so do not leave any space for them to get into your room.

This is very nice hotel for stay in Mumbai. Hotel has nice service and nice rooms but small in height.
