Don't know how to start. Yesterday I had a dinner there. Token number 245. Let's not elaborate.
While billing, the person standing at the counter was forcing me to take another items whereas I clearly mentioned what I need.
I was waiting for pickup looking at the display board. My token was not displayed even after around 30 min. I went to the pickup counter and the person said, "your order was ready since last 30 min". Still display board was showing incorrect info.
The food I received was not hot. I talked to the counter person and he did not give any attention.

Yesterday I went for a family dinner at 2133h and kept on waiting till 2207h. After I asked for refund the billing desk person was still rude and floor manager was unapologetic. The order was completed after 35 min and after 13 subsequent orders from other customers . Worst experience during a family outing....

The place is too good. The food is awesome. And the taste is very good. But the price is bit high. Overall a good place.
