Called this place and booked an appointment. I reach and the lady who booked my apartment says the stylist left. How hard is it to call and inform a customer? You guys are so unprofessional.

I got a pretty bad cut here. The stylist did not have enough experience to know what to do with my long hair (male). The state in which my hair was finally left was egregious; it was too feminine and instead of fixing it, the staff vacillated and ignored me.

I went for a haircut with a lot of apprehension, as I am very very fussy and particular about my style and cut. I had not been impressed with anything in past few years, until I had a cut from Bimal, at this salon. I cannot describe beyond WOW.
I was very professionally handled. Bimal made a great effort to understand my style, he explained me the limitations and suggested me alternatives, and morever, he kept on checking at every stage if it was progressing in the desired way.
Besides him, the staff at the reception, also was very professional and accamodating. I can finally say that I found my stylist in Banglore.
