A week back I had reached out to Silver Line and ordered for a shoe rack, the representative obliged to the request and promised to deliver the product within a week at an agreed amount. I liked the professionalism to that extent. But, even after regular follow ups to ensure delivery on time. I didn't get a good response and today I am told that they cannot fulfil the promise and need further extension and there is no guarantee of delivery even then. I was very disappointed. I would have appreciated if they had informed me about the delay even a day prior. Now, I need to look out for an alternate option. I do not recommend Silver Line Corp for ordering online or on the phone. And do not order for future delivery date. But, I recommend their products to be reliable.

i ordered 3 racks from them, they came in promptly and fitted them, so that they could get their money. unfortunately 2 racks had problems and i called them several times, but no one has turned up. thee numbers they mention on the rack also does not exist and there is no accountability

Delicate products and pathetic support
Their products are delicate and after couple years of usage, they break down and become useless (look at following pics).
I have experienced worst product support from them. Their customer support people always tell only one word "Kalistini Saaaar!".
Now I neither keep this product nor throw away. Don't waste your precious money on their products, I recommend to buy something standard from trustworthy vendors.

the product is pretty good, but the service they are offering is very poor . completely irritated with their back to back calls and unethical and unprofessional handling of clients. very disheartening to say this. Kindly become more professional and less irritating.
