This restaurant chain was the best once upon a time for it's quality of food and service which is degrading over a period of time. When they started this restaurant, they grabbed the market with no doubt just because of their biryani being home delivered across the city and the kind of packing they do attracted everyone. As it was first of it's kind packing for any food to be delivered. Now a days they stock it up in food warmers and serve 1 day or 2 day old biryanis which you can make it out when you taste the chicken pieces in the biryani.
