Okay okay place to be. I guess Lila Palace would be better. food quality was okay. ambience was awesome. Service was excellent . I booked a suite for two nights for me and my family. I wasn't exactly expecting a 5 star experience but the whole experience has been one of my most harrowing ever. Before I go in detail, a special mention to the lady lobby manager who by far was the most rude and arrogant person I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. She neither has any idea on how to talk with courtesy nor understand the decorum to be maintained while conversing with guests in the so called star hotels. She behaves like she is a manager at a cheap motel. From the very minute you walk into check-in, the hotel staff go out of the way to ensure you are felt unwelcome. The front desk people are neither welcoming nor have any basic courtesy of even wishing. The suites are located in a different building and were not ready despite booking it a day in advance. The beds in the suite as such were ok but the staff attitude makes you want to leave the place as soon as possible. The food is absolutely disastrous. The open swimming pool means you are open to be viewed from the hospital on the right or offices on the left. No privacy whatsoever. This perhaps was the only hotel where the front desk don't bother to know how your stay was during checkout and to add to that they added food consumption from another room. This by far is the worst hotel experience I have had so far and would never want to put my family through such a stressful times again. Avoid this place at all cost

Just attended office party. Didn't get a chance to get into the restaurant place, lounge and check in into the rooms. Good place for partying. Nice area. Nice infrastructure.

This place is a showdown. Very small and cramped rooms. Bathroom is even more disgusting. Buffet spread is pathetic. Reception area dingy. Staff although very courteous, are not well trained in communication skills. Overall a poor. Experience. Have been here for an hour and already searching for better place to switch over to.

Amazing stay experience, though the breakfast menu was not up to the mark.
Service is best.
I enjoyed a two day stay in Bangalore.
Cheers to sterling Mac, though they should give free access to their night club, for guests having a stay in the Hotel.

I visited the club of the hotel cloudnyn. It's an amazing club with a futuristic decor. The process of drinks and food is comparable to other restaurants. They have an entry fee 1000 for couples and 1500 for stags. It is great for a themed club. The music here is pretty decent. Coming from Goa this club resembles closest to what happens in Goa parties 😝. A must visit for a person who loves to party
