Vey worst experience with this travels. I was asked to wait for bus near hotel tourist near anand rao circle. pick up timing was 8.45pm upto 12.30 am i waited there ( i am continuously i contact with the given contact number). And they left us behind. some how got manager number( helpline not work), when i called to that number i came to know that bus is in nelmangala. Its a horrible night mare to me and my family. Very poor management, illiterate driver's. I will never ever going to travel by these buses. A suggestion to all please don't put your family in risk by choosing such stupid travel agencies.

They will redirect to different bus somewhere near to your destination. Must avoid. Fake booking

Worst experience ever...Travelling from Goa to Bangalore...Driver name: Manjunath
Gowda(Extremely Rude)..After reaching to Yeshwanthpur, he asked everyone to drop down saying there's traffic jam on the way to Majestic. Few people got down to avoid traffic but few people stayed back including myself asked him to drop us at majestic only(checked on gmaps, no traffic jam). He was insisting to transfer people to next bus but other driver refused..he finally started for majestic and dropped everyone at Race course road..When I was trying to take luggage from back, helper was not helping to get the bag down...was travelling with 2 ladies so had quite few bags..driver started driving when we were trying to get the luggage...Almost hurt my leg..when I bang hand on back of Volvo he got down and started shouting at me...had heated argument with him as he didn't drop anyone to Majestic and forced people to get off, helper was also not helping anyone to get the bags..Majestic was the final bus stop but he refused to drive there because as per him, They don't allow private vehicle. If that's the case, travel agency shouldn't mention it in booking sites...Never ever going to travel with these guys...
