Location 5/5 - Behind Golden Temple. 1 minute walk to inner sanctum sanctoram. Hospitality 5/5 - I booked the 3 rooms in hotel from online portals for one day hence got best deal. Normally I found that in online booking there is actual situation of the hotel rooms and other facilities is differ from they show on website but AKAAL HIGHTS is same as show and other commitments whichever they made is same as for online customer's. Extremely cordial staff. Specially Ms Seema and Mr. Patvinder singh, they were very supportive, hospitality was superb,These guys won my heart. Full value of money, Highly recommended.

Warm & Professional Hospitality. The owners and staff of Hotel Akaal Heights are passionate about their responsibilities. We stayed there for 5 nights and had booked 2 Superior Rooms. The rooms have an AC for summers and a heater for winters. A mini fridge is stored with beverages and chocolates. A basket full of goodies & a bottle of water was made available every morning. Our stay was pleasant and these everyday gestures made it all the more special. The hotel architecture & interiors are well planned. There are some opportunities in terms of Infra Improvements and the owners are aware of it. All in all a comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
