The place itself is fancy and friendly. The food is delicious and the daily menu is a correct deal. The problem is the service: not so fast and not always so kind or flexible.

I ordered food 3 hours ago and they kept told me 10minutes and 10minutes on phone and then they said kitchen is close? And laughing on the phone? I felt really humiliating. I meant i understand if they told me they are busy and cannot deliver. But none of notice and humiliating with laughing on the phone is not funny at all. Its ridiculous. Its very rude.
