Katre is an amazing fusion of Chamorro and Filipino cuisine. The meatloaf, mung bean with oxtail and miso-steamed fish are To. Die. For. I took my wife here for a nice romantic dinner when we were dating and she loves going back for a nice romantic evening together. It's located in the heart of Hagatna and can be easy to miss if you're not looking for it (right behind Bank of Hawaii, next to JTC), but you'll be glad you found it once you've tried the food. Highly recommend you call ahead if walking in after 7pm on a Friday or Saturday evening because it's a bit cozy and limited in space if they're busy...other than that, it's a must-eat!

They have a wide range of dishes from comfort fiids to healthy choices. The loco moco is my personal favourite when Chef Rox uses chunks of slow roasted pork instead of hamburger. Nice salads, and wait staff are outstanding.

I have seen this place for sometimes but never actually visited it. Tonight is my visit and I must say, I am glad I did. This is a great little place with great tasting food. It is going to be one of my favorite restaurant on Guam! Highly recommend.
