Plain Rude and Disrespectful
Don’t let yourself be fooled by this studio’s name which conjures images of inner balance and peace.
The woman who sits at reception is rude and everything but welcoming.
They give unreliable information over the phone, combined with an inflexible attitude and an extremely poor customer service.
I turned up for the yoga session, only to be sent home with a: I’m sorry, I can’t do anything about it.
It would have been so easy to avoid this unpleasant situation, by:
1) sharing the information needed to attend the class,
2) have a positive oriented mind and find a solution to the problem you caused!!
Is it really necessary to be so rude?? Obviously this person has very poor communication skills.
