Cheap and cheerful. Had a car for 7 days £125 approx.
Not new cars but it worked perfectly fine. Infant car seat supplied as requested.
Did the job and happy with the drop of to our hotel and collect from our hotel service for free.

They sold me a car that had no air conditioning, no radio, the turning signals did not work and the speedometer was broken. They refused to give me my money back for a car that is unsafe and illegal. They also charged me the full amount for 3 days when I returned it within 30 mins.

Arrogant and uncourteous. Ran over our belongings and into the table we were seated at in the restaurant next door. No acknowledgement or apology given. Later on we overheard him making lewd comments to female tourists. Prat.

Extremely bad experience.
I made the reservation online, and I regret it.
When arriving in their office, they were just interested by the contract and to get the money. When I signed it and pay them, they just said thanks and they did the same with the other customers. I had to ask them, where is our car. He just showed me, that it was in the other side of the road.
It was a very old car. I was waiting for 20-30' and I had to tell them twice that we needed two seats for the kids. They just put to the car without helping us at all. One seat could not be very good fixed. I ask for help. He tried to help us, he could manage and he told us that it was normal that the seat moves so much. He told us that if we have an accident, the seatbelt will stop the the seat. He wanted to leave and left us. When he left, I noticed that the child seat was broken and it is difficult to close the seatbelt that it is on.
They wanted to find new customers. When someone comes to the office, they give to them the new car in order to make the deal.
I had already booked, so they gave me a very old one. I heard them (I speak Greek) that one said, please give her one from those cars (the olds one) otherwise it is difficult for us to find a new customer.
In the car, it was so old, that it had a lot of noises.
The air conditioning didn't really work. It was still very hot inside. It is not due to the weather, as in Crete, we had a new car and with the air conditioning, we could be cold.
It is very bad experience.
Don't sign the contract if you don't see first the car. And better, try to find another rental company.

Nice people and good service. The reason to deduct 1 star is that the car is too old (over 100k km) and the reverse gear power is not strong enough. Rental information: eur95 for 3 days in May 2017, car brand: Smart auto gear
