I had issues with non working air conditioner. They refused to relocate or fix the air conditioner unless I go in for a higher rate room. Customer service is poor and I was not happy staying there

I went there with my colleagues for a weekend time out and it was full of fun. Low rates, welcoming employees and beautiful rooms. In fact everything was on point and I'm planning another trip with my wife.
