Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und freundlich, jedoch fehlt es an einem guten Zeitmanagement. Von einer 30 minütigen Behandlung hatte ich oft nur 20 Minuten bekommen weil die Behandlung später angefangen wurde.
Ich glaube der Chef hatte mich einmal behandelt und kurz die Behandlung unterbrochen weil sein Handy klingelte. Seine Art mit mir zu reden war für mich etwas unangenehm, habe mich nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt

I should get treatment for my shoulder and got recommended from my doctor coming to this place. I got actually 6 appointment for the treatment and each was 30 minutes.
1st treatment by a woman, I got only 10 minutes because she wasted the time to make appointment rather than to treat the patient. She made a massage on my neck and shoulder. She said that It was normal when I felt painful during the night. But the painful continued for 2-3 days after the treatment, so I put Voltaren to reduce the pain.
2nd treatment with the same woman, again only 10 minutes. She said it was normal since we should make another appointment. I complained that her treatment made me getting worse.
3rd until 5th treatment by a young man, the results were the same, my shoulder and neck were getting worse. The next morning I couldn't move my neck and felt painful.
I decided to stop the treatment since they made me suffering from the pain. I also complained to the doctor and she told me to make another treatment from another Physiotherapy.
