I was referred to this dentist by another doctor for a tooth removal. During my appointment, the doctor looked at the tooth and said that I had to come again for a minor surgery another day as she had misplaced my x-rays from the previous doctor.
On the second appointment, the same doctor broke the tooth into 3 pieces so as to remove it. I have had teeth removed before and always in one piece.
I later had to come for a third appointment to remove stitches on my gum that the doctor had placed after the tooth removal. This was the fourth time in my life that I had had a tooth removed but the first time ever that I had gotten stitches!!!
I have private insurance which they were aware of but instead of sending the bill (116,87 euros) to my insurance company, they sent me the bill and a debt collector to follow it up.
Needless to say, for this place, to fix a single tooth, one needs 3 appointments instead of one with double the cost. I later looked for a another dentist to be my regular and would no recommend this place.

Es sind dort alle sehr freundlich, aber das hat mir leider nichts gebracht. Mir wurde ein Nerv entfernt und brauchte daraufhin eine wurzelfüllung. Es wurde mir gesagt das ich nur die neue Methode wählen kann da sie die normale die alle machen nicht machen und dieses mich ca.70€ kostet. Na super also habe ich es machen lassen mit genau ausmessen usw. Ende vom Lied die Füllung saß überhaupt nicht und essen war schier unmöglich. Bin dann zu einem anderen Zahnarzt der es mit der normalen Methode besser hinkommen hat. Richtig spannend wurde es dann als ich sagte für so einen Mist zahle ich keine 70€. Also die sehen mich nie wieder

Die Praxis ist sauber, das Team nett und die Beratung bei der Zahnreinigung kompetent. Das hilft aber wenig, wenn ich mit einem kleinen(!) Kariesproblem ankomme und mit einer Füllung gehe, die den Nerv entzündet. Der Zahn wurde schließlich nach dem Besuch bei zwei weiteren Zahnärzten abgetötet, die das Problem anders nicht mehr lösen konnten. Dass es sich zuvor nur um ein kleines Loch gehandelt hatte, war mir zuvor von "meinem" Zahnarzt bestätigt worden, zu dem ich vor einem längeren Auslandsaufenthalt leider nicht gehen konnte. Die Füllung war deutlich zu groß und stieß an den Zahn darüber, was - zugegeben, neben mehreren anderen Faktoren - dazu führte, dass sich der Zahnnerv entzündete. Dieser obere Zahn zumindest konnte gerettet werden. Egal, wie gestresst die Zahnärztin war und ob es sich bei mir um einen Einzelfall handelte; ich habe nur ein Gebiss, und nur diese Zähne. Wenn die nicht so sorgsam behandelt werden, wie sie sollten, kann ich hier keine gute Bewertung vergeben.

Stilvolle und saubere Praxis in zentraler Lage; das Team ist nett und professionell. Habe mich (für einen Zahnarztbesuch) relativ wohl gefühlt und bei der Zahnreinigung (mal wieder) etwas gelernt. Und es gab quasi keine Wartezeit :)
