Car booked online from my brother in law, he came from Romania with his family in order to see Holland, Belgium and France by car. He was refused at this office despite the fact that the papers were ok. He is a client at Avis since 4 years never ran in problems with them, but that didn't seem to count at the blond guy at the counter. They simply ruined the holiday! So... Thanks Avis Münster!
Then I tried to reserve the car with my documents, I'm working legally in Germany since 2011, I pay my duties every month since then, never had problems renting a car...the request was denied without explanation.
I call this discrimination and arrogance. My sister placed allready complaints at Central Office in Germany, USA, Romania and so on...

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I was waiting for more than 1 hour and finally did not get a car because I could not wait anymore. They didn't seem to care that much anyway. Don't waste your time at this place.
