Good rates but absolutely bad service. First time they failed to provide a car when I already had a reservation. The second time they I made a reservation in advance and got the car on time, but the customer care representative said I had I full tank of gas in the contract when in reality I had more like quarter. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I had already left their facility.

Unfreundlich ohne Ende !Vor allem die Dame im Haus die ins Bedienen sollte !!!!! Zwei Mal wollte ich einen Sprinter mieten und hab es dann sein lassen ...Man kommt rein und fühlt sich schon unwohl ,Begrüßung schwach !Das fast erste Wort ist nicht "Hallo wie kann man helfen ?",sondern "Kreditkarte oder EC?"
