Con:
Terrible customer service, they don't answer the phone, and the staff at the store is not friendly at all. At least some staff members seem not to know what exactly there are selling and are not helpful when it comes to special knowledge about bicycles.
Pro:
Pretty affordable products that work fine most the time.

Terrible staff and customer service. Had to call many times to see if my bike was ready and no answer. The two staff members I dealt with were very rude and not pleasant to deal with. A real shame because the selection is very good and the store is quite nice. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

Good veriety of bicycles. I saw only Puky for kids sections though. I have expecting multiple brands so that we could have got the price veriety as well.
