Panorama view over a supermarket roof, the room was extremely noisy due to a diesel engine being started within the same building every 30 minutes. I could not sleep and the saggy mattress didn't help. Room was clean and, as stated by the staff, renovated in 2016, however the bathroom tiles still seemed to be from the 1970s. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even at the regular price, as opposed to the 119€ during the book fair. I didn't not try the breakfast.

Definitely not 3 stars as advertised. Very small room, cheapest furniture (closet door stuck), smudgy mirrors, very thin mattress, no ventilation, thin walls... On the plus side, it's cheap and the personnel was pleasant.

Well what shall I say. I went there because HRS said that this hotel reached 8 out of 10 points. Don't know why.
Positive points. Receptionist offered to park his car else where to free parking space, rooms newly renovated, breakfast was a European Egyptian mix, staff was friendly
Negative points : no official parking lot, no elevator (not eligible for handicapped) 2 floors , furniture mixed old /new an not always clean, . Airport landing Lane (if you like watching planes good), very colorful interior.
In the end, for the price of 45€ it was acceptable, but never 8 out of 10 points.
