It was an average place with fairly good service. We arrived in the afternoon when we were supposed to arrive the night before (issues with the trains caused out delay). They did have our room available, but they weren't able to cancel it for the night before. We called a bit before 7pm the night we were hoping to arrive asking about refunds and they couldn't do it :( The room was ok, it had everything expected in a hotel room. Nothing seemed especially amiss, and nothing was incredibly remarkable. So although I won't go out of my way to go here, I can say it wasn't a bad stop for 2 nights. I had prepaid for the room (through a travel agent), so I wasn't expecting an 11.5€ "tax" when checking out. Overall, I think 3.8/5 seems reasonable. It's a chain/volume hotel with nothing really memorable about it.

I usually don't write public reviews, but as a business traveler, I've seen a lot, and this place was one of the worst I've ever stayed in. Avoid this place at all costs!
First of all, the rooms: very tight, with almost no space to put clothes. Confusing layout of light switches; I even had to call the front desk to help me turn on the light above the bed. No plugs next to the bed. The free WiFi was completely unusable – it's 2017, and good, free WiFi is now commonplace – so I had to tether from my phone. The bathroom layout is terrible, as you cannot leave the shower without getting water all over the place. And there's nowhere to hang your big towels.
There are far too few elevators for this place, and they are incredibly slow. I missed five minutes of my breakfast every day because I had to wait, and I chose this place because I wanted fast access to the conference locations. I might as well have stayed somewhere else and then walked those five minutes.

Rooms are tight but stylish. Breakfast is fantastic. Elevators are inadequate for hotel's capacity, and slow to pile on.

The open-plan bathrooms are small, don't provide enough privacy and let water all over the floor. The bedroom also doesn't have any main lighting which I found strange. On the positive side the breakfast provided was very good
