Front desk were very pleasant, the room was nice and spacious. Town centre was only a short walk away, or short taxi ride. Would recommend to a friend if they were visiting dusseldorf.

It's an OK hotel. The room is nice, the location is great. In some ways it seems to be a typical NH hotel (I was in another one in Belgium before): Good, but nothing special.
However, the breakfast is too expensive for what they offer and asking for extra money for faster wifi is not acceptable anymore in 2017.

Good breakfast but expensive.
They never put new toiletries, like they want to spare a shampoo bottle...
The staff at the restaurant is quite unfriendly

Great hotel, rooms and service. Very close to metro station. Cafe-restaurant could be better. Very good breakfast
