Wenn nach der OP alles reibungslos abgelaufen wäre, hätte ich gern alle Sterne gegeben! Ansonsten ist es wirklich eine sehr kompetente Tierärztin!

We took our 12-week old Collie puppy here for her vaccinations. The staff were very friendly and Dr Bräuer seemed competent and caring.
She was happy to speak in English with us, and was very patient in answering all my questions (I had a long list).
In the end, we left feeling satisfied that our puppy was well looked after; she didn't even seem to notice the needles, as she was too busy licking up some yummy fish oil :D

Sehr nette und kompetente Tierärztin, hat alle Welpen gechippt, geimpft und untersucht. Hab mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Dr Bräuer & co. really care about your pets and provide competent, affordable care. The practice is open every day except Sundays. The small staff learned my name and my pets' names quickly. The waiting room is not plush or luxurious -- I get the impression they're really geared towards comprehensive care, not towards convenience or extra perks.
I'm a cat owner, but when I visit the practice I routinely see dogs (all breeds and sizes) and pet rabbits waiting.
I use German here, so I can't say anything about their ability to accommodate non-German speakers.
