Nice hotel with small rooms. It's modern in style, but some of the attributes, such as carpeting, need some updating. If you expect a US-style double bed, be warned that it's actually two twin beds next to each other.

Perfect! We stayed in one of the apartments - while not huge it had everything you'd need including a stove and a fridge which is ideal for dietary requirements

Plus: modern hotel in the western city center, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice room illumination, good breakfast.
Improvements: room could be much cleaner (dirty carpet, long black hair in the bathroom) and the friendlyness of the staff at the check-in counter varied from grumpy to super friendly.

Stayed under trying circumstances on June 29. Vera checked us in and was extremely accommodating for our situation and did her best to assist us. Thank you Vera, you made our trip worthwhile and we will never forget what you did for us)!

Great hotel with central location in Berlin. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast! Rooms are clean and comfortable, my junior suite was very spacious. Parking garage is of limited capacity
