I cannot say I was really satisfied. Organized a series of meetings in the Hotel. Uts events staff were really friendly and accommodating. Hotel has issues with updating its daily rooming list. Had a hard time dealing with its front desk. Rooms are well-kept.

Air conditioning system is so loud it's hard to sleep in the night and is bad at doing it’s job so room can easily be 25C+ even when it’s been on max all night (I went in August), lacking some basics like free soap, pillows are oddly shaped and you only get one and breakfast is ridiculously overpriced at €18.50 per person per day with no discounts booking for a whole week - and not especially good.
Praise where it’s due - the bar is nice, beds comfortable, TV huge (though I cannot speak German so it was mostly useless), bathroom and shower nice, cleaning good and WiFi free and much better than most hotels I’ve been to. So overall a mediocre hotel.

Be careful when you book this hotel! My belongings got stolen during my stay. It looks like the cleaning staff went through my wallet that I left in my luggage and took my cash away. When we reported to the front desk, they told me that there were other customers reported their belongings got stolen at the same day as well, so I wasn't the only one who encountered this. It doesn't make me feel safe during my stay. Instead of investigating on the cleaning staff, the hotel manager blamed on the Berlin gangs who can break into the hotels instead which doesn't solve the problems at all. We reported to the police. On our last day when we checked out, the manager just simply told us to wait for the response and now I'm in another country and I can't do anything about it. Be aware of your belongings if you book this hotel.

The hotel is quite nice and it can be seen it was refurbished. The room is quite good with everything you need. The breakfast is really good, the variety of food is great. What I didn't like: no amenities in the bathroom apart from soap (body lotion is important to me), only shower and also that they closed the breakfast a bit before its end. One day I wanted to go as late as I could and arrived 15min before the breakfast closes. There was enough time to take the food I wanted. But when I was serving myself they were already removing things and kicking me out of the serving area.
