Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are basic but clean, but it's all down hill from there. The doors and walls are thin and poorly insulated, with noticeable gaps under the door meaning that you can hear everything that happens in the corridor (which has a tiled floor) as well as nearby rooms. I don't think, in the six nights I was there, I managed one full night's sleep without being woken at 7am by people shouting in the corridor, music playing in a nearby room in the early hours, and on the last night a group of teenagers having a party along the hall, complete with banging on all the doors as they went.
Don't expect any luxury here; the only toiletries available are sachets of shampoo so make sure you bring your own body wash. There isn't even a "Do Not Disturb" hanger, so if you do happen to be in the room during the day, expect the cleaner to walk in on you (any time between about 10am and 3pm we had visits). The shower also didn't drain properly, so after 5 minutes you have to stop and wait for the water level to subside, otherwise it would flood the bathroom.
My main use of a hotel is somewhere to sleep and that's probably what this place fails at worst; providing somewhere you can actually get more than a couple of hours uninterrupted sleep.

Very hot and muggy no air conditioning. Only way to cool down is to open window. Unfortunately street below is very loud. Not easy to get any sleep.

Room was clean and bright, though it is an older hotel it is well maintained and conveniently located at the M85 bus stop just 12 minutes from Berlin Main station.
