very good service. I came from Norway without having booked an appointment. Staff arranged it so that I did try a few dresses and found my dream weddingdress . Great service, I will certainly visit Crusz next time I'm in Berlin.

Disgusting customer services. On Saturday there is a fee for advice. Not a problem, but I have a very special size and wanted a ball gown. I was with my husbands family, we are not window shopping. Requested to see if they have anything near to what we want. We wouldn't have bothered anyone. But seller or a seamstress with thick black glasses was very nasty. It upset my mother-in-law. Ive never seen a store that doesn't want to make money. So so nasty, i need a shower. But store next door two ladies are super nice and store Lily at Adenauerplatz- people are so nice and warm.
I hope crusz burns for almost ruining this special day.

I took an appointment before i come...
"Safaa" helped me for almost an hour. She was so friendly and very kind.
"Safaa" was very helpful and made me feel like she really wanted to find me the perfect dress.
The store is very nice and there are lots of amazing dresses.
