Private rooms are big and service was great. Connection to Youtube pretty much lets you sing anything. They have a decent song database themselves but it was quite difficult to navigate. Sound system and lighting could be better.

Absolutely horrible. Not only did they false advertise but they are also a cash only establishment. We showed up last night and we were told that a room was free and that we just had to pay €40 for the alcohol. However, what they failed to tell us was that it was only free with reservation and that we had to pay €40 per hour for alcohol and €20 per hour for the room, so it was really a €60/hr room, all of which were not stated at all on any of the menus or advertising posters. Additionally, no where in the establishment did they say that it was a cash only business, which meant that when most of the group left, we were stuck with a €180 tab that had to be paid for in cash! This place is overall just super sketchy, the bathrooms are disgusting, and their prices are not transparent!

Awful evening. The staff is unfriendly, the rooms are too tiny for the people they are declared for. The Radler (beer with citrus lemonade) is nearly only sprite and don't taste good,cause too less beer, but for that 4,50. The doorguard is unfriendly and rude, too. The rooms has no windows, but not smoke-free. The sound system is bad, no stereo, the most songs aren't original versions. We ask three times for the manager, but "he is not here" every time. Can't enjoy, don't go there please, will destroy every positiv vibes

Service staff were not good nor friendly. Watch out for extra drinks on your bill. Also stick to the beer. Liquor is watered down. We ordered shots of vodka that had clearly been diluted. If this is what they use in drinks it would explain why they are so weak. That being said, the main area is fun and the DJs are excellent

Visited King Karaoke for a friends birthday event and was displeased with the experience, as well as the rest of the group. The room we rented out was very tight and uncomfortable and our waitress was very rude and pushy. Our room was rented out for 2 hours, but they didn't bring us back to our room until 20 minutes after our time started and still kicked us out as if we were there for our fully paid 2 hours. We ended up getting charged for 2 drinks that we didn't order and when asking for change back, the waitress gave it back in only 10 cent and 2 cent coins. Awful service and rude staff who do not smile.
