Bien aménagé, accueil agréable et bon prix mais c'est la galère pour se garer pendant l'année et internet y est horrible

Las instalaciones están bien, y la relación calidad precio es muy buena. Cada habitación cuenta con baño propio (tipo avión) y nevera, además hay cocinas comunes. Tiene wifi y conexión a Internet por red.

I was in Batiment 5 in 2014-2015 academic year - THE BEST CITE U ever! Everything is very clean and the rooms are awesome, super modern, just perfect. Hope the ones who stay there now are very carefully with their rooms in respect of authorities efforts and of other future students. :)
I miss the atmosphere and everything so so so much...:) Lucky people those who will stay there.

In my view, it is one of the best student residences in Toulouse. For students who like running, the residence is at the meeting point of Canal De Brienne, Canal du Midi and Garrone River and hence offers many different paths to run.
There are lots of trees, the administration is very helpful, the sunlight is good. But there is no wifi, every room is equipped with an internet cable which offers very good speed internet.
