Beautiful boutique hotel, cozy, designed with a special eye for details... with an exceptional service and very friendly staff and awesome restaurant. I'm really impressed to find such a hotel in a small town. Chapeau!

The restaurant staff here are incredibly rude. I tried to get a seat at the restaurant for one, even at the bar. Staff turned me away although I was a guest at the hotel. They made no offer to put my name on a waitlist or call to my room when a space was available. When I asked to desk clerk for recommendations for somewhere else to eat, she said, "You can go downtown" but was not much more helpful than that. Now I'm sitting here hungry in my ugly room with nothing to do, instead of sitting with a glass of wine and a nice meal as I'd hoped for the evening. Perhaps they could have tried harder? But even if they couldn't fit me in, it was no reason to treat me like I was crazy to think they'd let me eat at their restaurant. Perhaps they should ask guests when they are checking in if they plan to eat at the restaurant and let them know they need to book a table, if it is that busy. Poor hospitality, making a guest feel unwelcome and unwanted. The rooms are not terrible (some may be better than mine, the hotel overall is cute) but the welcome is decidedly not very nice. I would not recommend to anybody.

Having stayed here many times over many years. I have to state it is one of my favourite restaurants. Fantastic food.
