They accommodated us last minute. Staff was very nice and easy to talk to.

Really nice and comfortable hotel with direct access to the tram line D in front of the hotel which takes you to the city center in less than 20 minutes :)

On the up side: the hotel has opened only a few months ago, so everything's brand new. Liked the designed interior too.
On the downside: seeing that the hotel is so new there a a little too many things not working. Had to switch rooms once because the toilet flushed over its rim and the shower handle was broken. In our new room only one of the two shower heads worked.
The cleaners seem to be a bit careless. Hairs of previous guests to be found, bed linen put on inside out. No biggies but still.
Don't bother taking breakfast, it's not worth it. Not really bad but far from a delicious start into your day!
All in all I was somewhere in between 3 and 4 stars out of 5, so decided on 4. Expect the ratings to go down though, if things continue the way they are.
