Visiting Pau recently for a Rugby match, commentating for BBC and carrying heavy equipment, we had discovered that public transport would not work for us. contacted Jose through the website to pre-book - very prompt and efficient replies. He confirmed the time he would meet us and the car he would be using, and was exactly on time to take us to the ground (some 3 miles from the city centre)
Our concern was the return, because there was no public transport if we were left in the lurch. Finishing slightly earlier than expected, I called Jose to see if he could pick us up earlier, and sure enough, he was able to assist with no drama.
On arrival back at the hotel, he did not have a receipt book with him as he had changed vehicles, but promised to drop it in the next morning., Once again, true to his word, he was at the hotel by 08:30 with said receipt.
All-in-all - very professional and friendly experience, I would happily recommend this service to anyone requiring a taxi service in Pau.

Ce taxi nous a sauvé la vie, alors même qu'il était en congé. Le chauffeur était sympa et chaleureux, et a fait des efforts pour nous prendre alors qu'on était 5

Combinei para que um táxi viesse me buscar em meu endereço para me levar ao Aeroporto de Pau e no horário marcado o táxi chegou. O motorista foi o sr. José, muito elegante, educado e simpático que me conduziu ao aeroporto de Pau, tendo sido muito prestativo.

Je fais appel à ce taxi toutes les semaines pour emmener ma fille à son internat et je suis ravie de sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ( accueil la première fois avec pancarte au nom de ma fille, sms de confirmation d'arrivée à bon port ... ) Je recommande vivement

très satisfaite convivialité ponctualité nous qui somment arriver en avion il savait que notre avion avais de l avance il été là . Parfait a recommander
